How to book with Atsuko?

I may not be able to answer you straight away if I am with a patient, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Confirmation and cancellation fee:
We will text you the day before to confirm the appointment. Please send us a reply back to confirm your attendance.
If you fail to give us 24 hours notice for cancellation, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Adult Initial Consultation

On your first visit here, you will be asked your symptoms in details, as well as medical history if there is any. We will have your physical assessment and treatment afterwards, you still have plenty of time to get treated!
Adult Follow-up Consultation

In the follow-up session, we will have a brief catch-up from the last session, then do an assessment and treatment. Please book this session only if you have been here before.
Child Initial Consultation

If you are consulting on behalf of somebody younger than 16 years old, please book this session. They need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at their visit. If the client is a baby or a toddler, you will be asked about their pregnancy and delivery as it is often relevant to their presenting symptom
Child Follow-up Consultation

If the young person coming back to follow-up, please book this session. After a quick catch up, we will get on to do assessment and more treatment.
